This program is 100% customized based on each individual's fitness goals, personal stats, activity level & lifestyle.
No gym? No problem! Each Online Training Program can be done on the client's own time either "at home" or "in the gym".
Program includes: A customized workout routine based on client's given consultation information. Each routine will get progressively harder over time as client progresses. Weekly 'check-ins' will be conducted to see how client is progressing and will make changes accordingly. Basic supplement & nutritional guidance will also be included.
