This program is 100% customized based on each individual's specific fitness goals, personal stats, activity level & lifestyle.
No Gym? No Problem! Online training program's are set up to be done on the client's own time either "at home" or "at the gym".
Program includes: A customized workout routine based on client's given consultation information. Each routine will get progressively harder over time as client progresses. Weekly 'check-ins' will be conducted to see how client is progressing and will make changes accordingly. Basic supplement & nutritional guidance will also be included.
